Why This Training Exists

Many children struggle in reading, writing, and thinking — not because they lack ability, but because learning foundations were rushed, fragmented, or overly exam-focused.

At the same time, teachers and young adults are being asked to teach coding, robotics, and future skills without enough preparation, support, or confidence.

This training exists to bridge that gap. We start with reading, writing, and thinking — then gradually guide learners toward coding and robotics in a calm, practical, and age-appropriate way.

The goal is simple: to help schools, teachers, students, and K–12 graduates teach with confidence, support children meaningfully, and build sustainable learning programs for their communities.

What Is the Future Fluency Tutor – Basic Course?

This is a 2-month practical training program that prepares participants to teach reading and writing, thinking skills, coding, and beginner robotics in after-school, weekend, and summer learning programs.

The training is beginner-friendly and starts from how children learn to read and think — before introducing Scratch, basic Python concepts, and simple robotics activities.

No prior background in coding, robotics, or Montessori education is required.

How the Training Works

  • Short lectures with clear examples
  • Demonstration of teaching activities
  • Guided practice and simulations
  • Lesson planning for real classrooms
  • Preparation for summer or after-school programs

What You Will Be Trained to Teach
